Final Walkthrough & Handoff

We conduct a complete walkthrough with you, address any final touches, and hand over your finished home. You'll receive documentation and warranty details for your peace of mind.

We handle permits, inspections, and cleanup so you can focus on your new home. You review and approve each phase before we move forward.

Jeremy did a great job for me on a really tough project. He did a complete redo of a house I bought that was in really poor shape. It turned out great. He started with the foundation and basically rebuilt the entire house. He was easy to work with and stayed in constant communication throughout the project. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
